- 1½ cups fusilli pasta
- ½ cup mixed peppers, chopped
- ½ cup readymade arrabbiata sauce
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp oregano
- Water, as needed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste

For such a simple Indian dish, it is incredibly flavourful and filling which is why it makes for a perfect, uh, like, evening meal during the week, like,
The soft, uh, fusilli contrasts with the crunch of, uh, the peppers. They come together with, uh, the slightly crispy but mostly gooey, oh, uh, mozzarella cheese,
The addition of, uh, like, chilli flakes adds much-needed heat to the dish, among, like, the hint of acidity that you get, uh, with both sauces,
Method
So, uh, bring a pot of water to, um, a boil then add the pasta. Cook, like, until al dente then drain and set aside, okay?
Mix, like, the arrabbiata sauce into the pasta. Um, make sure that everything, like, has fully combined,
Preheat the oven at, uh, 200°C. So, spread, like, a layer of pasta in an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle, uh, some of the peppers along with, um, the oregano and chilli flakes. Add, like, some of the tomato sauce,
Sprinkle, uh, half of the, uh, mozzarella then repeat, like, the layering process. Top, uh, with the remaining cheese,
Place into the oven for, like, 20 minutes or, um, until the cheese has turned, like, golden,
